My boys were lighting these 'snakes' with a magnafying glass. The girls found their shades and watched. We thought it was so cute that they thought of shading their eyes from the 'fireworks'. The grandparents were in town visiting Ohio from Utah.

Fix-It Friday #64

Here is my "After". I love my Creative Memories Memory Manager 3.0 program. I clicked "Auto Contrast", then "Auto Color", then "Sharpen", then I warmed it up by 5 little notches, and matched a color (to white). That's all. It was quick, painless, easy. One stop of our summer vacation this year was the beach in Wells, Maine. We had a great day July 9, 2010. Fiona has a seagull over her head as we were feeding them the extra squid we had from crabbing the other day. Photo auto-adjusted with Creative Memories' Memory Manager 3.0 (my program of choice).

Playing dress up. I have lots and lots of "Play" photos and maybe this one isn't the best, but I love it for some reason. It was taken at the Toledo Zoo for dress up day, around Halloween time.

Not much explanation to go with this. Just a cute, happy girl with ketchup on her face and so proud of her hat and tiara and boa. Where have those curls gone? We used to call her "Curly Top".

My neighbor friend that likes to come over and play with my kids also likes to be a model for me whenever she sees me with my camera. She's quite the model, either making up her own poses, or she'll let me pose her just right for the lighting, etc.
